The Rhythm of Surrendering Doubt

"Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!" Mark 9:24 (NKJV)

There have been seasons where I believed and questioned at the same time. Where I was showing up, holding on — and still wondering in the quiet, God, are you really in this?

For a long time I thought doubt was the opposite of faith. Something to hide, to push past, to be ashamed of. But this verse stopped me. Here is a man in the middle of desperate need, saying both things out loud in the same breath — I believe, and I'm not sure I believe enough. And Jesus didn't turn away. He showed up anyway.

Surrendering doubt doesn't mean pretending it isn't there. It means bringing it to God instead of sitting alone with it. He isn't rattled by your questions. He isn't waiting for you to have it all figured out before He moves.

Honest faith, the kind that says I don't have all of this, but I'm still here is still faith. And it grows when you stop hiding it.

Bring your honest doubts to God today — the real ones, not the polished version. You don't have to resolve them first. Just bring them.

Scripture promise:

"He who comes to God must believe that He is." — Hebrews 11:6

Prayer:

Father, when doubt tries to rear it's ugly head, help me to trust in you only and your words that is already established.

Amen.

Stay in Rhythm. Stay in Grace.
