The Rhythm of Peace Restored

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” - Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV)

Peace doesn’t come from avoiding chaos, it comes from inviting Christ into it. His peace isn’t passive; it’s protective. When we hand Him our anxieties, He exchanges them for calm assurance. One thing I have learned over the years, is that worrying about something you cannot change robs you of contentment.

Today, lay one burden before Him in prayer. Leave it there. Let His peace do what your worry never could.

Faith Promise:

“The Lord will give strength to His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace.” — Psalm 29:11 (NKJV)

Prayer:

Lord, guard my heart and mind in Your peace. Help me to breathe in Your promises and exhale my fears.

Amen.

Stay in Rhythm. Stay in Grace.
