The Rhythm of Joy

“Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!” - Philippians 4:4 (NKJV)

Joy is more than a mood, it’s like an anchor for me. I’ve learned that joy flourishes not because life is easy, but because God is faithful. The enemy loves to drain joy with worry, but rejoicing refills the soul.

Today, look for joy in the ordinary—a smile, a kind word, or a moment of laughter. Joy restores rhythm to weary hearts. It certainly did it for mine.

Prayer:

Lord, thank You that my joy rests in You. Teach me to celebrate Your goodness in every circumstance.
