· EVEN AFTER THE FALL, HE CAME LOOKING

"But the Lord God called to the man, 'Where are you?'" — Genesis 3:9

Adam and Eve had done the one thing God told them not to do. The fruit was eaten, the shame was real, and they did what we all do when we've gone too far — they hid. But notice what God did. He didn't send a lightning bolt. He didn't erase them and start over. He walked into the garden, and He called out. Where are you?

My friend, that question was never really about location. God knew exactly where they were. That question was an invitation. It was Grace wearing its walking shoes, coming to find what was lost. No matter where you've been, no matter what you've done, God is still walking toward you with that same question on His lips. Not to condemn you — but to call you back.

You don't have to clean yourself up before you come to Him. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to stop hiding. That's all. Just come out from behind the trees and let Him find you.

Wherever you've been hiding — in busyness, in shame, in silence — step out today. Answer His call with honesty: "Here I am, Lord. I've been hiding. But I'm done hiding from You."

Scripture Promise:

"For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost." — Luke 19:10

Prayer:

Father, thank you for being the one who comes looking. Lord, help me not be ashamed to be found. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
