· GO — EVEN WITHOUT A MAP

"The Lord had said to Abram, 'Go from your country, your people and your father's household to the land I will show you.'" — Genesis 12:1

God didn't give Abram a map. He didn't give him a timeline. He didn't send a detailed itinerary with backup plans and contingencies. He gave him one word: Go. And then He said I will show you — as in, I'll tell you when you get there. As in, the directions come on the road, not before you leave.

That is faith in its purest form. Not faith that has all the answers, but faith that trusts the One who does. Abram was seventy-five years old when this call came. He had a home, a family, a life. And God said: leave it. Come with Me. I'll explain on the way.

My friend, what is God calling you to step into that you haven't moved toward yet because you don't have all the information? The map does not always come first. Sometimes God withholds the full picture because He knows that if you saw the whole journey at once, the middle would stop you before the ending could bless you. He is trustworthy. You don't need the whole map. You just need to take the first step.

What is the one step God has been asking you to take that you've been delaying because you don't have all the answers? Write it down. Then pray and commit to taking that step this week.

Scripture Promise:

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." — Proverbs 3:5–6

Prayer:

Father, help me to trust you with all of my next steps. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
