"You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." — Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV)

Control often feels like the quickest path to peace, but it rarely delivers. The more we try to manage everything, the more restless we can become.

Isaiah reminds us that peace doesn’t come from controlling outcomes, but from trusting God. When our minds are fixed on Him—His character, His promises, His faithfulness, our hearts begin to settle. Trust shifts our focus from what we can’t control to the One who is fully in control.

I have learned that peace is not found in having all the answers. It is found in knowing the One who does.

When you feel the urge to control what’s around you, pause and redirect your focus to God. Choose one worry today and intentionally trust Him with it, allowing His peace to guard your heart and mind.

Scripture Promise:
"
Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you." — John 14:27 (NKJV)

Prayer:
Father, steady my mind in uncertain seasons. Let me rest in your peace.

Amen.

Stay in Rhythm. Stay in Grace
