"Jesus said to him, ‘If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.’ Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, ‘Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!’" — Mark 9:23–24 (NKJV)
Don't be fooled, faith doesn’t always sound confident. Sometimes it sounds like a quiet, honest cry for help. In this moment, the father didn’t come to Jesus with perfect faith, he came with the faith that he had. He believed, yet still wrestled with doubt. And Jesus responded not to perfection, but to sincerity of his heart.
This should remind us that even imperfect faith is powerful. God is not waiting for flawless belief; He is inviting us to bring what we have, even if it feels small or uncertain. Faith grows when we trust Him in the middle of our doubts, not after they disappear.
Today, bring your faith to God just as it is. Be honest about your doubts, and ask Him to strengthen your belief. Take one step forward, trusting that even imperfect faith is enough for God to work through.
Scripture Promise:
"looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith." — Hebrews 12:2 (NKJV)

Father, when my faith gives way to doubt, help my unbelief and grow my faith in you.
